Zakir Ali Awan Staff Reporter in Daily “The Nation” an english Newspaper of Nawa-i-Waqt Group of Newspapers

He was born in Karachi on 20 April, 1979 (but actual boring date was 03rd August 1979).

He was passed SSC in 1995 from “Government High School Ghanool” which was situated in Tehsil Balakot, District Mansehra, Hazara Division, NWFP province in Pakistan.

After getting the HSC certificate from Abbottabad Board,  Mr. Zakir was joined a newspaper named “Daily Sahafat” in Islamabad, Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan.

He was doing job and study togather and when he was bcome a greduate he was doing job in Daily Nawa-i-Waqt Islambad as a Computer Operator. during this period he was also worked in other newspapers including Daily Post International, Daily Dopehr, Daily Pakistan in Islambad.

He was received tha bachoular degree from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) when he was transfered from Nawa-i-Waqt Islambad to The Nation Karachi office, then he decided to continue his study through University of Karachi and submit the registration from in KU for doing MA in International Relations in December 2007.

He was passed MA in International Relations with 57 percent marks, during this period he was still working with the english newspaper Daily “The Nation” at Karachi office.
